Refund policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused, unread, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. Books with signs of use, damage, folded pages, writing, highlighting, stains, odours, missing pages, damaged covers, or broken spines may not be accepted.
To start a return, please contact us at official.inkgrace@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the book is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your book arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at official.inkgrace@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned book, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned book is used, read, damaged, marked, missing pages, not in its original condition, or returned outside the eligible return period.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched.
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, reshipping fees, or other charges incurred.
